Pokemon TCG: Battle Partners

Battle Partners was officially revealed during the Latest News presentation on Day 1 of the Osaka Champion's League 2025 competition held from December 21-22, 2024.[2] A short teaser of the featured cards was revealed on August 18, 2024 during the closing ceremony of the 2024 Pokémon World Championships.[3]

The expansion features the return of Trainer's Pokémon,[4] a game mechanic originally introduced in the Gym Heroes expansion. The booster pack for the expansion features N and Zoroark, Lillie and Clefairy, Hop and Zacian, and Iono and Bellibolt.

Released on the same day were the Battle Partners Deck Build Box, the Collection File Set N, and the Collection File Set Lillie. Each booster box contains 30 booster packs. A SV-P Promo Iono's Wattrel was released alongside the set as a purchase bonus for buying a booster box.

Battle Partners was released in Japan on January 24, 2025, followed by localized releases in Traditional Chinese on February 7, 2025, and in Korean on March 21, 2025. The Thai and Indonesian equivalent set, Bonds of Destiny, was released on April 11, 2025 and April 18, 2025 respectively. Cards released in this set are included in the English Journey Together expansion.
